Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Requests for Freelance Services

1.1. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the freelancer has submitted the final work, only if the delivered work does not meet the agreed terms of the order.

1.2. To submit a refund request, please contact our support team by email at [email protected] or via this form. Please include order details and a description of the issue.

1.3. If you have confirmed completion of the work or marked the order as completed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

1.4. Refund requests will be reviewed individually. ZoneFL reserves the right to request additional documentation or evidence to support your claim. Refunds may be declined if the work is deemed completed in accordance with the original agreement.

1.5. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

1.6. If your original payment method is no longer valid or available, you must notify us by email on the same day you submit your refund request so that we can arrange an alternative refund method.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

2.1. ZoneFL offers monthly subscription plans for freelancers, which provide access to additional platform features and services. Subscription fees are automatically charged once a month to the payment method on file.

2.2. The amount charged depends on the selected subscription plan and is clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

2.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the “Cancel” button in your account under the “My Subscription” section.

2.4. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscription features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

2.5. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted after the renewal date will apply to the following billing cycle.

2.6. If you experience technical issues when attempting to cancel your subscription, please contact support at [email protected] before your next renewal date.

3. Disputes and Appeals

3.1. If your refund or cancellation request has been declined and you believe this decision was made in error, you may appeal by replying to the support decision email with additional details or documentation.

3.2. ZoneFL will review the appeal within 5 business days and provide a final decision.
